Overall, it is clear that part-time training in the evening is the best type of communication training chosen by employees while distant learning records a small proportion of participation. In terms of different five forms of communication training, the proportion of part time training in the evening makes up the highest participation around 39%, followed by 22% for part time training on the weekends and self-time training.
