The pie charts illustrate various communication training methods taken by employees in an international firm and the practical reasons for participating in the training. Overall, it is clear that part-time training in the evening is the best type of communication training chosen by employees while distant learning records a small proportion of participation. In addition, employees tend to engage in holiday travel for training and the opposition can be seen in communication with clients. In terms of different five forms of communication training, the proportion of part time training in the evening makes up the highest participation around 39%, followed by 22% for part time training on the weekends and self-time training. The percentage of intensive training constitutes approximately 12%, nearly double than that of distant learning, roughly 5%. Regarding several reasons for training participation, holiday commuting is the main reason for training that is taken by employees at around 46%, making up the largest proportion of training engagement.Meanwhile, the percentage of business travel can be seen as second-reason for training, accounting for just under 20%. Remaining reasons for participation records a minimal proportion, with approximately 14% of personal interest, followed by others reasons, at roughly 13%.
