For instance, a student who has remarkable successes may gain confidence and continue striving for excellence.On the other hand, some critics claim that rewarding only the excellent students is unfair to a large number of learners. They are inclined to totally agree with awarding students who show enhancements because it has some beneficials. This gives them lots of opportunities to stretch themselves and strive to take on challenges instead of concentrating on a group of learners who have outstanding grades. In addition, it promotes educational equality for students who lack a favorable upbringing and social context. This helps them feel secure and well-adjusted in educational environments, especially avoiding resentment and alienation. As an illustration, students have positive energy because they are not dependent on success, that seems to be a drug, to feel good about themselves. Hence, they control the controllables to demonstrate their enthusiasm, ensure compliance, and build their self-worth.
