In the modern world, the admiration of media and sports starts by young people is increasingly prevelent although these public figures do not act as positive role models in society. From my perspective, I firmly believe that this phenomenon impacts negatively on both adolescents’ spychological development and social stability.

Firstly, admiring famous entertainers and athletes can affect the young’s cognitive thinking. The reason is that teenagers is still developing their identity and moral judgement. Therefore, instead of eveluating whether celebrities’ behaviors is right or wrong, they tend to pay attention to fame, wealth or popularity. As a result, this distorts their values and decision-making, leading to unhealthy lifestyles, poor academic motivation or even weakened moral standards. For example, a sports starts engages in reckless conduct (drug use, violence or offensive gestures), young people, especially adolescents, may intimate those actions as perceiving they as fashionale or acceptable.Secondly, the widespread admiration of irresponsible celebrities can gradually undermine social well-being and safety. This results from a large number of young people who start adopting harmful behaviors of famous figures such as illegal street racing or disrecpect for laws, leading to the normalisation of these conduct. Consequently, this can increase juvenile crime rate, public disorder and put pressure on law enforcement and national education, threatening social stability and community safety.

In conclusion, I think that the immature spychology of adolescents, together with the appalling consequences of famous stars’ bad behaviors, makes this trend clearly a negative development. I hope gornverments, schools, parents and each teenagers can recognise harmful conduct and its outcomes in time, so we can build a more civilized society.
