Overall, the production of black tea id a multi-stage man-made process, beginning with the collection of the raw materials and culminating with the packing of the finished product for distribution. The following step is putting these leaves on tiles and cement to oxidation and fermentation respectively by the impact of air of enzymes to change the leaf color into copper. Once having been fired and dryed in oven and hot air dryers, the flavour and scent are being pervaded and 97% humidity in total also evaporated simultaneously. The process concludes with the resulting black tea, after which it is ready for distribution.
