The diagram illustrates how to produce black tea in tow different methods: traditional and modern. Overall, the production of black tea id a multi-stage man-made process, beginning with the collection of the raw materials and culminating with the packing of the finished product for distribution. At the first stage of the process, the farmer harvest bud and two top fresh tea leaves for high-quality tea. Follow this, leaves are withering by the fan wind, which go through leaves on the holder. Having been removed 60% humidity of the leaves, the object is then moved to manufactured in two ways. One is traditional, which create loose tea, the leaves are put into a roller to be flatted and broken and the enzymes in the leaves are realeased. The other is modern, the resulting production is tea bags, in this way the machine cut, tear anf curl the leaves to smaller granular pieces in a faster process. The following step is putting these leaves on tiles and cement to oxidation and fermentation respectively by the impact of air of enzymes to change the leaf color into copper. Once having been fired and dryed in oven and hot air dryers, the flavour and scent are being pervaded and 97% humidity in total also evaporated simultaneously. The process concludes with the resulting black tea, after which it is ready for distribution.
