The diagram illustrates how to produce black tea in tow different methods: traditional and modern. Overall, the production of black tea id a multi-stage man-made process, beginning with the collection of the raw materials and culminating with the packing of the finished product for distribution. At the first stage of the process, the farmer harvest bud and two top fresh tea leaves for high-quality tea. Follow this, leaves are withering by the fan wind, which go through leaves on the holder.
