The table compares the percentage of the population and four kinds of accommodations which they are living in the Central area, Green Park Area and Southberg Area. Overall, each area had a different accommodation trend. In Central areal, detached houses were used popularly among the population, and the Green Park area mostly tended to live in flats/apartments, while terraced houses was much loved to live in Southberg area. Semi-detached was gaining more and more popularity in Centra area, while the two remaining areas had a lower level of utilization. Flats/apartments utilized just 15% among the population of Green park area, significantly higher than the Central area which is accounted for 76% and 25% in Southberg area. By constrast, the Southberg area made up the largest use for terraced houses, while the Central area and the Green Park area were recorded 18% and 14% relatively. There was 28% of population in Central area living in semi-detached houses, whereas the two remaning areas showed only just 5%. Similarly, as semi-detached, detached houses also recorded the highest source of accommodation with 39%,, while the level of utilization in Green park area was just 5% and Southberg area was 14%
