The maps illustrate the redevelopment of Huntingdon with the current layout and its new appearance in the future. Overall, there is a significant reconstruction in transportation mainly involving the addition of new road network. Moreover, another major change in the replacement of the former airfield with a new industrial estate. Regarding the southern part of the town, there will be an addition of road A14 which will connect the large A1 road with Ring Road. Moving up towards the central area of Huntingdon, a new rouandabout will be built at the junction of Brampton Road with the road crossing the built-up area. This new roundabout will provide direct links to the town center and the newly constructed A14 Looking at the northern part of Huntingdon, the former airfield will be convert into a new industrial estate. Furthermore, there will be two newly constructed railway links connecting the main railroad with the industrial estate, providing connection with existing railway line. Besides that, several things will remain the same including the railway station on the sounthern part of Brampton Road, the built-up area with homes and shops and the town center in the eastern side of the map, all of which will stay in their exisiting locations.
