The table compares the percentage of the population living in four kinds of accommodation in the Central area, Green Park Area and Southberg Area. Overall, in Central areal, detached houses were used widely among the residents, and flats/apartments were the most common type of housing in the Green Park area, while terraced houses were more favorited in Southberg area. Flats/apartments accounted for just 15% among the population of Green Park area, significantly higher than the Central area which was represented of 76% and 25% in Southberg area. By contrast, the Southberg area made up the highest proportion for terraced houses, while the Central area and the Green Park area recorded at 18% and 14% respectively. There was 28% of population in Central area living in semi-detached houses, whereas the two remaning areas showed just 5%. Similarly to semi-detached houses, detached houses also recorded the highest types of accommodation with 39%, while the utilization rate in Green park area was merely 5% and Southberg area was 14%.
