The provided charts compare respones from the Parkway Hotel's customers to a survey about the quality of its services in two years, 2005 and 2010. It is clear that overall customer satisfaction increased considerably from 2005 to 2010. While most hotel guests rated customer service as satisfactory and poor, a clear majority described the hotel's service as good and excellent in 2010. Furthermore, the figure for Poor fell steadily by 9% after the given period.
