The provided charts compare respones from the Parkway Hotel's customers to a survey about the quality of its services in two years, 2005 and 2010. It is clear that overall customer satisfaction increased considerably from 2005 to 2010. While most hotel guests rated customer service as satisfactory and poor, a clear majority described the hotel's service as good and excellent in 2010. Looking at the positive response first, in 2005 only 5% of the visitors rated its customer service as excellent, but this figure rose remarkably to 28% in 2010, showing the clear improvement of the hotel after the 5-year period. The similiar trend is also seen in Good votes. Starting at 14% in the first year, the proportion of customers who considered the service as Good witnessed a noticeable growth, for almost three times as many people gave this rating five years later. With regard to negative feedback, the percentage of Satisfactory ratings dropped significantly from 45% in 2005 to only 17% in 2010. Furthermore, the figure for Poor fell steadily by 9% after the given period. Finally, a fall in the number of people chose to rate the hotel's customer services to be Very poor in 2010 reflects the fact that more people gave positive responses to the survey in that year.
