The given maps compare changes that occurred in an area from 1995 to the present. Overall, the region has underwent considerable transforming, with a clear shift from agriculture and fishing to tourism development. Additionally, the most important of which were the expansion of the residental area, the replacement of trees and the development of recreational places. In the north, several notable changes took place. The housing area was expanded while hotels were redevelop to two-storey buildings. The sport facilities was demolished and replaced by the restaurants. Furthermore, the coffee shops was moved closer to the center make the way for a new road which run parallel to the main road. On the east side, the farmland was converted into recreational facilities for golf and tennis, while public park was destructed and replaced by holiday homes and car park. In the south-west, there used to be a fishmarket but it has been transformed in to an apartment complex which accompanied by the demolition of fishing boat where boats used to dock. finally, the east sea was opened for the tourists and locals to relax ưith yatchs are available.
