The pie graphs illustrate the distribution of employees participated in different communication trainings across several purposes. Overall, what stands out from the chart is that most of employees joined the evening part-time training while there was a less attraction that spent on distant learning . Moreover, the most common reason leant towards holiday travel whilst communication with clients was the least frequently mentioned reason. In terms of the categories of training, the evening part-time training recorded the highest proportion of participants with 39%. Furthermore, the weekends part-time training and self-tuition exhibited a comparable percentage by 22%. Intensive training made up 12% among all, which was 7% higher than the figure for distant learning. Regarding the reasons, nearly half of employees joined for tourism purpose while the reasons for personal interest and unspecified reasons documented a same proportion with 14% for the former and 13% for the later. In addition, business travel accounted for 17% for its figure, ranking second among all. Lastly, only 10% of participants came for communication with clients.
