The flow chart illustrates how bricks are created. Overall, the process involves several stages, starting from the extraction of raw clay and ending with the delivery of the finished bricks. To begin with the raw clay is collected by a digger. Secondly, they the raw clay is extracted and passed through a metal grid to remove impurities, and the clay after straining passes through several rollers with a mixture of sand and water. Before being finished bricks, they also undergo a wire cutter or are transfer into a mould to cut and form the bricks into the desired shape. After that, they heat all the bricks into a drying oven with hot air for about 24 to 48 hours for drying. Then they transfer all the bricks into the kiln at moderate degrees, from 200 degrees Celsius to 980 degrees Celsius and subsequently at increased heat, about 870 degrees Celsius to 1300 degrees Celsius, then transferred them in the cooling chamber for 48 hours to 72 hours to allow them to cool. Finally, when packing all the bricks has been done, they are loaded onto the delivery.
