The given diagram describes the structure of a household smokery and the operation of it.its operation. Overall, there are two main sections thatsections: an underground section with 3 interconnected chambers and a food box is above the ground level. About 3 chambers under the ground, the first chamber has a lid which can be opened to allow fresh air to enter the system. It is connected to the second one which is equipped with a lid and contains logs that are burned to generate smoke. This chamber is linked with the third compartment by a pipe which is right under the food box. Above the ground is the food box where fish or meat are suspended by a rod. In order for the system to operate, the lid of the first chamber is opened regularly for air enters.to enter. This is followed by the next step when oxygen passes through and reaches the second part, where the logs are burnburned to create smoke. After the smoke is generated, it passes through a pipe to get into the third chamber before rising to the food box above the ground. Finally, the suspended meat or fish are cooked by the smoke.
