This diagram shows the process of making bamboo fabric. Overall, the processes are presented in order, showing the transform from bamboo to fabric that can make clothes. To begin with original bamboo, these bamboos are planted in Spring. After three fourths year past, it is time for farmers to welcome the harvest. The farmers use long knife to cut off, only leaving a small section on the ground. Following this, the bamboos are sent to cut into strips by a machine with sharp hob cutting straight across the length. Subsequently, the strips are cross-cut into some small pieces to make liquid pulp easier. After the liquid is gathered, it goes through the filter to separate long fibers from the liquid. The soften fibers are gathered. Then, add water and amine oxide into the soften fibers. In the next step, spin the fibers into a ball look to make yarn. Finally, there is an ingredient to weave the yarn to fabric. A piece of fabric can be used to make clothes, socks , and other textile products.
