The first reason I fully agree with the adverse effects of technological progress is that people are becoming increasingly dependent on technology. This current situation, as a result, often gives rise to the overuse of technology and intellectual laziness. Another reason is that the workforce from the older generations who lack advanced digital skills is easily superseded by robotics and automated systems.
