On the one hand, this trend has several positive affects when adult told that anything can achieve by children's hard-working. initially, the young can recieve the strongly motivation to do their study or work and then improving their performation. for instance, the child usually try their best to reach their passions until they can do it without giving up halfway. therefore, children can practice their patience effectively. furthermore, by understanding the advice, the young make the mistakes become learning oppotunities. making a mistake is not a shame but it is an chance for children to recognise their own weaknesses and fix them better in the next time. as a result, they can not lose confidence when failing the exams or competitions.on the other hand, while this trend has its benefits, i believe that the negative impacts still exist in many places. first, the natural talent plays an important role. for example, in some fields such as artists or singers, they need innate talents to draw and sing in the professional ways. even with enough great effort, everyone reach the higher level. besides that, children also need parents supportive in the long-term because recognition from family is a motivator for them. moreover, the qualitified teacher, education conditions and financial influent children's success. it is understood that, two students both try hard but only one has a better teacher and better education facilities so the other often has lower chances to achieve their goals. in addition, children may have some mental health problems when they expect too much about their abilities to get the goal that impossible for them. as a result, the young will disappointed in themselves and also putting pressure on themselves.
