In today’s society which has been developed and prosperous, work competition has become more and more intense with fresh graduates. Some recruiters of businesses tend to hire employees have good interpersonal skills than who have excellent degrees. In my opinion, l suppose that social skills is as important as qualifications.

Body

Firstly, academic credential is one of the main factors helps candidates get into large company. If skills help them stand stable in company, strong qualifications will allow you secure a position at a company. Because in the first interview, the recruiters have not enough information to appreciate the candidates so they look at the CV to choose the best potential candidate. For example, many tremendous businesses in nations and interrogations declare that they just employ applicants who came from reputation universities. As a result, it has led to miss of potential applicants from other college and universities but it also ensure work quality for company.On other term, strong interpersonal skills is extremely essential because recruiters only evaluate your knowledge but they also appreciate the ways you cooperate with coworkers. People having excellent communication skills usually negotiate effectively their customers. Additionally, approachable employees have quite good listening and empathy ability which makes team projects run more smoothly. Moreover, social skills can built the professional attitudes which is necessary in building positive relationships with colleagues and clients and resolving conflicts. For instance, Starbucks looks for employees who can communicate bilingual and politely with their customers and work effectively with team mates. As a result, applicants with strong interpersonal skills are likely to recruit even if they don’t have excellent qualifications.

Conclusion

To conclude, even if jobs market values social skills more highly than qualifications or vice versa. I belive that we need to prepare both practical skills and degrees to access in promotion of career.
