The table illustrates the vistor numbers to Ashdown Museum between the year before and after the refurbishment. While most vistors before the refurbishment were unsatisfied with the Museum, the renewed infrastructure leads to large postive survey across the visitors. The refurbisment had a dramatic impact on the visitors where the number of dissatifaction decreased from 40 to 15, that is about more than a half decline in unsatified visitors. Also the very disatified vistors was decline in half from 10 to 5. Overall the numbers of dissatifaction together got a crucial delcine compared to the postive feedback after the refurbishment, from 45 to 75. Compared to the halved dissatified vistors the survey after the refurbished Museum showed a high increase in visitors satisfaction which rose from 30 to 40, and more than double in the category of very satisfied visitors from 15 to 35. In general the survey after the refurbishment showed that the Museum had achieved a positive result through the refurbishment not only in higher satifcation but also in the number of visitors before and after the refurbisment, risen from 74000 to 92000 visitors.
