In this day and age, some individuals have a tendency to work harder than others regarding work and academic responsibilities. This essay will examine the importance of working hard and discuss whether hard-working brings about benefits or not.

Body

It is understandable why some individuals tend to work hard. To be more specific, some people desire for success and meet their ambition so that they have to work hard to achieve desirable goals in both work and academic performance. As a result, they are more likely to get promoted and easily earn higher salaries. Moreover, some individuals have struggled to to financial burden because of their low-income families. To meet living standards, they have to work overtime to pay tuition fees or debts. From my perspectives, I believe that hard working is likely to provide a wide range of advantages. One point worth noting is that people, who are hard-working, are capable of learning some useful skills quickly and getting more experienced. In fact, if they shift all their focus into the most important thing, they would be proficient in new skills at a rapid rate which is helpful for achieving a good academic performance. Particularly, someone, who are dedicated to their work, would have more opportunities in this competitive era. In fact, if an employee has high commitment to their work, they will get recognition from their boss for capabilities and dedication.

Conclusion

In conclusion, working hard is a necessary part in education and employment and i reckon that it is beneficial for individuals who are hard-working in various ways such as learning useful skills rapidly and receiving recognition from their manager.
