On the other hand, AI has created new employment opportunities while enhancing human productivity. This is because technological advancement has given rise to new industries and professions. Rather than replacing humans, AI automates routine tasks, allowing employees to focus on activities that require creativity, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. For example, although AI has reduced the need for certain administrative positions, it has created growing demand for AI engineers, machine-learning specialists, and cybersecurity experts. Therefore, I believe that AI will reshape the workforce by taking over routine responsibilities, rather than causing widespread long-term unemployment.

In conclusion, while the rapid development of AI replaces certain routine occupations, it also has enormous potential to create new jobs and enhance overall productivity.
