Overall, it can be seen that the number proportion of developing countries always lower than the developed countries ones. In addition, while the amount of girl students in developed areas was increasing from primary schooling to higher education, the volume of females registered to school in developing areas decreasing moderately throughout this period. Focusing on university education, in 1990, there were 66 girl students who continued to school at developing nations. However, in this year the female in developed areas attending to school stood at 105 people that showed the gender balance.
