The maps demonstrate the transformation of Islip from now to its development. Overall, a small town has experienced significant changes with the central areas which become more morden with the introduction of facility while many structures were demolished and replaced. A town centre now had two housings which were opposite and two shops were connected by main road. The countryside was located on the north site of the maps and school which is closed to the main road was on the west south . Next, the park was placed in the main road which wasn't finished. Islip's planned development had a dual carriageway surrounding the entire central area and. There were 4 housings which include two original housings and two new housings. While there weren't changes in two housing, two new facilities are added, one was near the car park which is constructed and one was next to the park which is shrank. In addition, the main road was turned into pesdestrian only. Shops which were near the housing remain unchanged while shops were next to the main road are expanded to shopping centre. Moreover, the bus station was built beside the dual carriageway.
