Despite this convenience, social media also create superficial relationships with no real emotional depth. The reason leading to this problem is the online communication lacks physical presence, tone of voice and facial expressions. For example, you see your friend's message, you can not know about her feelings, her attitude or her physical expressions when she typed that message. This problem can make users gradually feel emotionally disconnected with their "online" friends. Moreover, nowadays, the online entertainment contents are variable and exciting, suitable for each person's interest, so the time that family spend together falls remarkablly. For instant, children now spend much time with their computers, their phones, communicate with their "online friend" more frequently than with their siblings, parents. This can lead to losing family bond, making family members more isolated with each other.

In the other hand, technology helps maintain social connection as well. Message apps like Zalo, Messenger or Instagram can make long-distance relationships connect more easily and convenient. Video call can also make family connection greater despite the fact that the members are in different place. Some apps taking photos like Locket can help users know about their firends' activities and get connection. Moreover, communication apps or social media can benefit some introvert people, who are too shy to interact face to face with other. Messaging will give them more time to express thought more clearly and conveniently. There are some artifical intelligences (Chatgpt, Gemini) which can helps people with communication problems to learn how to talk with people more greatly. This apps won't be impolite or make people more miserable with their problems, unlike some rude people in society.＋
