The flow-chart illustrates the sequential stages an applicant must navigate to obtain a driving licence in on American state. Overall, the procedure comprises of eight different steps in total, beginning with visiting the Licence Centre and ending when the driving test was taken successfully. There are two compulsory assessments including a vision check and both written and practical examinations. Except for preparation and registration steps, remaining stages require repetition if failure occurs. Initially, the applicants attend the Licence Centre and complete a form of application. Subsequently, an eye test is done, success allows progression whereas failure results in no licence being issued. Those who pass must pay fee after that, without that they can not go further to the examinations. In the fifth step, applicants sit a written knowledge test. an unsuccessful outcome obliges them to retake it again until a pass is achieved. And the most important driving test can decide whether people should have a licence or not according to the result of this test. If they pass, a licence is achieved but if it is the failure, the applicant have to return to pay fee and do both theoretical and practical test still following the previous rules.
