To address this issue, I want to suggest several practical measures that I believe would be both effective and realistic. Firstly, we need to limit our phone usage, we should not use it for more than 3 hours a day. When we use our phones, we should create short-term plants for their intended use and avoid overuse. Secondly, parents need to manage their children’s phone usage, especially those under 16. Parents should only allow their children to use phones for studying, doing online assignments, and only for playing games or using the phone for personal matters for short periods of time. Finally, every classroom should be equipped with a designated phone storage box, and the school should introduce a fair system of both rewards and disciplinary measures.＋

In conclusion, although this issue is causing many problems for many children has led to serious consequences, it can be effective tackled through coordinated efforts from both authorities and individuals.
