People who constant exposure to problems and emgiencies such as war, criminal, accidents can feel stress, anxiety or fear. In addition, they can lead to the decline belief of the government and social associations. For instance, in covid 19 pandemic, many people exhausted, worries and they lose their belief on the state when there are various dead.＋

On the other hand, problems and emergencies play a crucial role in preventing about social benefits. These news reports contribute to cautions citizens about some of the risks, dangerous that help them have prevention’s methods.
