Nowadays, children face a lot of academic pressure, which often leads to a lack of physical exercise. While studying is very important for their future, I believe that parents should encourage their children to balance both study and physical activities rather than choosing one over the other.

On the one hand, physical activities are essential for a children,s health and mind. First, children usually spend time on playing video games or watching TV at home, making them isolated from the outside world. So, physical activities are a method to do that. It helps them stay fit and prevents obesity.＋ Moreover, movement is good for their brain as children play outside, they can reduce their stress and refresh their mind.On the other hand, studying also plays a crucial role in a child’s development. Today, in a competitive world, children need to spend a lot of time on core subjects like math, physical, language and science . If parents tell children to spend less time on studying, it can make them lose their precious time reviewing prior knowledge and study becomes more difficult due to lack of knowledge. Furthermore, sitting down to study helps children build good habits like patience and discipline, which are necessary for their future career.

In conclusion, I don’t agree that parents should make children study less. In contrast, they should combine them. For example, every 1 hour study, they can take a break, by this way, they can improve both their health and their academic results
