Nowadays, social media is extremely popular and important for everyone, not only me. So, today, I want to talk about this topic, hope everyone will listen carefully and attention.

In fact, there has 5 billions people are use social media in worldwide. Because it is very useful and good. Social media includes Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Zalo, some games, ….＋ In my opinion, social networking can help me learning, watch videos, communicate with friends, …. But I am a student and I do not have many time for social media and I just use that to learning. In school, I sometimes have many projects of subjects, I usually use social media like Canvas, Google to complete with the best way. Or maybe, in the summer holiday, I do not have to go to school, I feel boring because I have many free time, so I usually call or communicate with friends to talk about some interesting, meaningful or comedy stories. It can be about plan for future, summer holiday, family,… Besides that, we can take some beautiful photos to keep our memories by Snapchat Especially, I like the most that use social media to load some popular apps about English to learn and explore new things. Now, I am using 4English, English well to improve my skills can better than more. I believe everyone can do this with me, because it can affect we waste our leisure time for playing games or watching television so much. After school, busy or stressful day, I always use Spotify to listening to music to reduce stress like Beaty and beat, wrong times, In Love,…. It makes me feel more comfortable and greater.

Opposite, social media also has some bad things. Example, when we use it so much, it can affects our mental health badly. Especially, bullying is become to important problem of society. We can see some bad comments, people feel worry, and do not want to go outside.＋ So, we can become a good person, Do not toxic, Do not share bad information videos, Do not watch angry of unhealthy videos. We also can spend own time to go outside more to do exercise, play sports or join outdoor activities, clubs,….

In conclusion, social media can help we learn, take photos, communicate, …. For me, social media not bad but we can know the good ways to use it.
