Overall, it can be seen that the main differences between Plan A and Plan B are that the morning tea area is expanded, and the layout of the tables and chairs in the room is rearranged. In Plan A, the layout has a whiteboard, and the presenter’s chair is placed on the left side of it. In contrast, Plan B has relocated the presenter’s chair to the centre of the room, below the white board. This allows all the participants to face the presenter. Moreover, it can be seen that at the back of the room there is a morning tea area to provide drinks for the participants. The morning tea area in Plan B has been relocated to the left corner, which provides more space for tables and chairs in the room. It can be seen that Plan A has only ten tables and chairs, which means that it is designed for no more than ten people. However, because Plan B is designed for more than ten people, it has more tables and chairs, and their arrangement is different. In Plan A, the tables are arranged in a U-shape, whereas in Plan B, the tables and chairs are arranged in separate groups, which provides more space for movement
