One major advantage of limited working time is that reducing the unemployment rate and improving mental health. This is because if one worker can work from morning until afternoon, the business can hire only one instead of hiring one worker in the morning and one in the afternoon. People work almost a whole day seem so stressful, they do not have enough time for relaxation. Therefore, when laws limited time, it not only expand more opportunities for unemployees but also avoid exhaustion of workers working from morning to afternoon . For example, when Japan applied these laws, the amount of unemployees and stressful workers has decreased noticeably.＋ Despite these benefits, time working limitation also has some disadvantages. One notable drawback is that lower the chances of increasing people’s monthly income. Some individuals dedicated all time to working even in the weekend because they may have several financial burdens, or international students hope support tuition fees for their parents. As a result, they may seek for various illegal jobs or working over allotted hours deliberately.＋ However, this issue is less significant because they can spend non-working time to study to enhance some necessary working skills and switch jobs for a higher salary after.

＋In conclusion, although lower working time acceptance has certain negative aspects, i believe that its positive affects are more significant. Therefore, this policy should be considered a positive development overall.
