The pie chart illustrates the percentage of five categories of communication training participated by workers in an international company and the some reasons they decided to take part in this training. Overall, it can be clearly seen that most employees attend part-time training in the evening. In addition, the primary reason why they participated in this training is holiday travel. Regarding the types of communication, the proportion of part-time training in the evening accounted for 39%, nearly six times as much as those who took part in distant learning. Additionally, the part-time training on weekends and self-tuition both consist of 22% in terms of participants. Meanwhile, the percentage of intensive training made up a mere 12% of the employees who took part in this training. The key reason workers who participated in this training is holiday travel, accounting for nearly half. The following reason is business travel at 17%. Furthermore, employees decided to take part in communication training because of personal interest and other reasons, constituting 14% and 13% respectively. Finally, the figures for communication with clients only a mere 10%.
