In several countries, being the owner of an apartment is more necessary than renting a home. In my opinion, I strongly believe that this trend brings both good and bad sides.

One of the main reasons why owning a home is important is that it provides comfortable and convenient conditions. People who are interested in decoration can change or rebuild anything they want as this is their private home. For example, some renting apartments require renters to keep the place clear and do not decorate or change anything in this home. As a result, having a home is more practical and convenient, it also helps people make their home more stylish. Moreover, renting a home outside may be much more expensive than owning a home. People have to find partners to share the price.＋ Therefore, to be free and affordable, owning a private home is a positive choice for people. On the other hand, when students or workers change their study or their office, renting a home would be a good idea for them as they do not need to spend much money on travelling, and then saving their time. For example, a student has their own home which is near to the high school. However, when they go to the university, it is so hard for them when travelling between the university and their home because it is far. Consequently, many people chose to rent a home as it is practical and more convenient. Additionally, the citizens may experience financial pressure because of the high price, they can not afford it, and that can lead to stress and tiring. Besides some positives of owning a home, there are still some bad sides that people should be careful when buying their own home.

In conclusion, although being the owner of an apartment helps people feel comfortable and convenient, it is also hard for people because of the high price and the flexibility in transportation. Following my thinking, I believe that with each requirement, we can decide to buy or rent a home more practical and easily.
