On the one hand, it is understandable why some people think that students should give criticism to teachers. First, students who directly participate in the lessons are in the best position to have an overall look to both teachers and the knowledge conveyed. Hence, they can detect the ineffective points of the education methods such as unclear explanations or monotonous activities. For example, in Japan, there are feedback boxes in almost every school as the student's are truly honored, and teachers are forced to consider these criticism and change according to the feedbacks By giving comments, not only can students got the lessons as desired, but teachers can also spot their shortcomings and adjust their methods in order to meet students' need. Moreover, encouraging students to share their points of view also plays a vital role in shaping their valuable personal qualities such as critical thinking or self-confidence, which is extremely important when grow up. These quantities help them to do not scare to express their opinion and also have abilities to fight for their rights. Thus, this is a beneficial method to some extent.On the other hand, i believe that this method can have negative impacts on the classes. To begin, the biggest concern is that when children are allowed to give comments without strict boundaries, these criticism can easily slide into open disrespect, especially when students still lack the maturity to keep their remarks constructive. Consequently, these uncontrolled feedbacks can undermine teachers' authority making the class management more and more hard when teachers do not have strong power over their students anymore.＋ Moreover, facing the criticism regularly may demotivate teachers and erode their morale. This is because negative comments from learners who rarely feedback with tact leave the educators feeling unappreciated, pressured and even depressed. And when teachers lose their motivation, they might invest less effort in preparing lessons and even be lenient with students, which ironically lowers the very standard the policy aims to raise. Therefore, this teaching method is still impractical.

In conclusion, while letting learners express their views on teachers' methods is beneficial in some cases, i find it still an impractical one as it might have negative impacts on the class discipline and teachers' feeling.
