Noticeably, this field experienced a significant downward trend, which decreased almost over 10% per 10 years. Furthermore, correspondence seemed to share the same pattern with face to face courses. In 1984, this course made up about 20% and remained unchanged until 1994 and slightly dropped by 5% in 2004. Moving to the remaining fields, in 1984, mixed media courses attracted approximately 13% students following this course before skyrocketing to 35% in 2004, making up about three-tenths of the pie chart in 2004. Moreover, online courses became the least attractive fields chosen by students through the period, starting at 11% in 1994 and gradually decreased to 10% in 2004.
