The pie charts illustrate the proportion of undergraduates and postgraduates who were satisfied with three facilities at a university in the UK in 2007, namely school rooms, cafeteria and school facilities. Overall, the majority of both undergraduates and postgraduates were very satisfied with three different facilities. Additionally, undergraduates expressed a higher level of appreciation for school facilities while postgraduates were content with university cafeteria. Regarding school rooms, the percentage of undergraduates and postgraduates who were very satisfied were relatively identical, at 62% and 63%, respectively. Similarly, the proportion of those who were quite satisfied accounted for 13% and 14%, whereas the students who were not satisfied made up around a quarter, at 25% of undergraduates and 23% of postgraduates. By contrast, 73% of postgraduates were very satisfied with the facilities, compared with only half of undergraduates. The proportion of postgraduates who were quite satisfied was 6% lower than undergraduates ( 16% and 22%). The figure for those undergraduates that were not satisfied was more than double that of those postgraduates (26% and 11%). In terms of school facilities, a very satisfied group of undergraduates dominated, accounting for 85%, whereas the postgraduates was a half of that for the former. Meanwhile, the quite satisfied category of undergraduate students stood at 14%, 18% lower than those who were postgraduates. While the figure of postgraduates students that were not satisfied represented a quarter of the chart, in the comparison with those in the undergraduates group, at only 1% of students.
