For example, when Japan applied these laws, the amount of unemployees and stressful workers has decreased noticeably, which clarify demonstrates this benefit.Despite these benefits, time working limitation also has some disadvantages. One notable drawback is that lower the chances of increasing people’s monthly income. Some individuals dedicated all time to working even in the weekend because they may face with several financial burdens, or international students hope support tuition fees for their parents. As a result, they may seek for various illegal jobs or working over allotted hours deliberately. However, this issue is less significant because they can spend non-working time to study to enhance some necessary working skills and switch jobs for a higher salary after.
