The bar graph illustrates the comparison of the yearly costs per kilometre of imported textiles into the European Union in six areas between 1993 and 2003. It can be seen in given chart, both in 1993 and 2003 Argentina recoded the highest rate, while Bangladesh witnessed a reverse trend at the same time. Additionally, the figure for price of clothing imported in 2003 was increased in most categories, except for Argentina, Brazil and Japan which showed a contrast pattern. Looking at the first three column, Argentina had a highest price at 28 euro, exceeding that of Brazil's cost at 5 euro and nearly double Japan's at 15 euro by 1993. In 2003, the average amount of Argentina's price wentdown slightly around 26 euro. The rate of Brazil showed a remained the same at 23 euro in two compared years, whereas Japan had a mild decline at 13 euro at the end of period. In 1993, China had 10 euro, followed by India with 7 euro, and Bangladesh with the lowest cost just 3 euro. However, in 2003, the rate of China climbed significantly, about two times 1993. In 2003, the average prices of India and Bangladesh rose sharply, respectively.
