The given maps illustrate a housing outline and its projected redevelopment. Overall, these areas will experience a substantial transformation, especially the replacement of four-bedroom houses current to smaller cluster residential units. The most noticeable difference lies in the supplement of various recreational facilities and parking areas, making residential areas become more modern and liveable. Currently, the housing estate mainly consists of several four-bedroom scattered around the area, alongside with a lot of trees distributed throughout. Also, there is a private road running from the main road in the north with the U-shape. All the four-bedrooms will be demolished and replaced by clusters of smaller one-, two-, and three-bedroom houses, positioned in the Western and Eastern side. Moreover, the private road will be reconfigured to a circular loop in the centre. The trees will also be relocated and concentrated mainly in the Northern side, creating a small wooded area below the main road. Turning to some amenities added in future, the lake will emerge in the Northwest centre and a tennis court on the Northeast side, both are below the new planted forests. In the center of the housing area, a flower garden will be established inside the circular loop of the private road, playing a role as an emphasized point in the central feature of this area after redevelopment. Finally a parking lot will be built alongside with southern edge of the map, facilitating the resident's transportations to move easily.
