In the first stage of the process, the production staff hold the fruit under running water to remove all the dirt. After that, the next step involves mashing the cleaned fruit with the masher before putting it directly into the pot to cook at high temperature for 10 minutes and adding 2 more cups of sugar, 2 tablespoons of peanuts, and 1 and a quarter cups of water. Then, maintain a high temperature for a half-hour and season the substance with an additional 4 cups of water and 2 cups more sugar.
