The bar chart illustrates the proportion of patients, who used to stay in three different wards of a hospital, felt satisfied with various aspects of their hospital experiences. In general, whereas the quality of treatment received the most good feedback from patients in four categories, the waiting time received the least, except for that of Maple Ward. Moreover, a similar pattern could be witnessed in the share of hospital staff, quality of treatment and aftercare, but to a different extent. Notably, the proportion of good reviews that the Holly Ward received was always the highest. As for the quality of treament aspect, where three wards received the highest proportion of good reviews from patients, with that of Holly Ward being by far the largest share among three categories, at 90%, whereas Maple Ward had the lowest percentage, at around 72%. Meanwhile, although the waiting time service was not highly rated by many patients, Holly Ward still accounted for the largest share, at around 88%, compared to that of Maple Ward and Oak Ward at considerably lower percentage, around 55%, with that of Oak Ward ranking last. Regarding the remaining aspects, the hospital staff and the quality of aftercare had a fairly similar pattern. Specifically, Holly Ward represented the same figure for both categories, at nearly 90%, whereas the share of Oak Ward consistently was higher than that of Maple Ward. However, the proportion of quality of aftercare service in Oak Ward was marginally higher than that of the remaining category, at around 70%, whereas the Maple Ward represented the opposite pattern, ranging from over 50% to nearly 55%.
