＋Individuals believe that people are more dependent with others are a modern person, but the rest of them have argued with this point. I think that everything has face-off, but there are some disadvantages will outweigh advantages.

To begin with the beneficial of depending on others so that many individuals can improve their mindset and know their problems through side of others. In addition, when someone does a groupwork, this pros can help each person has done their work fast and accurately in the short time. For example, students need to presentation in their Dangerous Goods lessons, so the leader set up each of their missions and must finish it before the presentation day. Everyone knows their works and finishes in short time, because they trust others and depend on them.

On the other hand, drawbacks help me see a lot of issues in there; when people depend on others, they can just do only teamwork and cannot do anything by themselves. In addition, people can just do their mission and hard to access new knowledge. For example, some workers let their whole time in the factory and just do only one jobs because in the flow they just know only doing it with low salaries because of the workers act dependent on their boss and managers. In the negative of that point, a manager can understand the whole structure of the factory and find the way help it more modern and fast because managers do independently without asking or doing the same jobs in their life.＋

＋In conclusion, individuals think that depending on each other is updater, while rest people have drawback with it. I believed that the negative points can outweigh those positive points.
