In every generation, young people always have to face carrer selection. This is a difficult problem that it decide the next phase of a human life. Teachers and parents also have a deep understanding of how important it is. Therefore some oppinion suggest that the employment sector of young people should be decided by their parrents. However, the argument that support self-selection still exist. ＋In this essay, i discuss both views and provide my oppinion.

First, A large teenager suggest that their carrer should be choosen by themself. The most common reason is the self - understanding. These teenagers argue that that just only they know what they are interest and strength. Moreover, choosing favorite major builds a better motivation, which will help them walk through their hard time in future. On another point, young people have more knowledge on modern labor trend becauseof their early access to technology and Internet.＋ Therefore, letting teenager make their choice is supported very strongly.

In contrast, some of adult people want their child to follow their decision. To strengthen this point, they claim that the teachers or parents have more experience on real life and labor maket that why their choice would be suitable and stable. In additional, they argue that young people often has unrealistic dreams, which are imposible or too hard to do.＋ Thanks to these reasons, the selection of the teachers or parent are clamed better.

In my point of view, these two argument need to be combined to take advantage of both. Based on which teenager is intersted in, the adult can pick a major that matches to the requirement of their child. This way not only increases the motivation of the teenager, but it also allows them to aply their knowledge on the selection. Futhurmore, the unrealistic will be denied to prevent them from trying in vain.＋

＋In conclusion, both self-selection and adult choice are not comprehensive. A hybrid solution that combine them together is neccessary. It will maximize the strengths and minimize the weaknesses.
