＋Some people argue that while full-time university students shouldspend time doing other activites after studying. From my perspective, I totally agree with this argument and in this essay, I will analyze the reasons why I hold this view.

Obviously, students spending a lot of their time on studying brings certain benefits. Firstly, they can gain deeper understanding of academic subjects and consolidate their knowledge. Joining clubs or groups in the university is the opportunity for them to enhance their skills such as communication skill, persuasion skill, … gain more life experiences. It also helps them improve their well-being. They can be more energetic and enthusiastic through extracurricular activities and physical exercises. Consequently, they have both good mental and physical health.

In conclusion, I completely agree that full-time university students, despite their heavy academic workload, should engage in activities beyond their studies. While academic commitment remains essential for intellectual development and future employability, participation in extracurricular and practical activities contributes to the development of interpersonal skills and the improvement of physical and mental well-being. Given this situation, it seems that universities should encourage a balanced approach by integrating flexible extracurricular programs and providing guidance on time management, thereby minimizing academic pressure while maximizing students' overall development.
