Plus, individuals get mental health better to start working, gaining effective performances. Due to working at home, employees face drawbacks in communicating with each other. By discussing a project through email or meeting, they reduce face to face leads to misunderstandings among colleagues. Although they make many meetings, they meet some trouble such as connecting to the internet or the obverse member’s faces, so they interrupt information. Moreover, when employees work at home, relationships among colleagues are not better, this causes difficulty in communication with each other.
