Technological advancements bring benefits about people's community or economic growth. However, some people believe that it can make isolation. In my point of view, technology create problems that causing mental health and disconnection.

The rapid development of digital technology bring significant advantages. one of advantages is remain long-distance relationships. Applications, which such as zalo or facebook, is known as bridge to connect everyone together. This applications help people talk more easily. For example, some families that separated by physical distance can usually call and follow life from other site. Moreover, face-to-face interaction may create pressure for shy people, so online platforms help individual decrease anxiety and give time to them think about clear answer.＋

There are several reason why I think that digital transformation can make people more isolated and lead to certain negative effects. Social media create a space where people can load onto pictures, videos or captions about their life to expand relationships but this relationships with no real emotional depth because without physical presence, tone of voice or facial expression. Therefore, users can feel more disconnect instead of close-knit. Additionally, social media make users fade into virtual world which people attempt to build beautiful images and this can run out of individual's energy. One other hand, the superficiality of social media relationships also affects real-life relationships such as family's relationships rather than spending time together. For instance, Teenagers spend less time for families to watch youtube or play games alone why create gap distance between parents.

In conclusion, technology can bring disadvantage and advantage effects. Although rapid development of digital technology is good thing but it still have some risks. I believe that connection need to face-to-face by voices, facial expressions to get away misunderstanding.
