Every year, those nations spend a huge amount of money on upgrading educational facilities and integrating technology into teaching staff. Therefore, young individuals in those countries are more likely to have an access to these enhancements, which allows them to demonstrate and develop their talents at a young age. As a result, these talented individuals will gain more intensive knowledge in their fields in order to master new technologies in the future as well as become pioneers for the transformation of their countries.
