Therefore he developed his skills, improve in his software and help his company pass to challenging.＋ On the other hand, entrepreneurship has many disadvantages for people, especially for graduates. The first benefit is the prohibitive stress levels, while people run their own businesses there have many challenging which entrepreneurs have to solve it. Therefore business leader often face difficult to managing high workload and financial in their company, it can cause significant stress and intangible pressure for business people like financial pressure or unemployess risk. Secondly is unstable occupation, entrepreneurs have to adapt to life with job instability, they don’t have boss to pay salaries each month. Because their financial depent on invesment from another organization or stakeholders. Consequently, with high stress levels and uncertain financial make entrepreneurs become the high-risk occupation.

In conclusion, entrepreneurship can lead to many venture that people must consider to follow it. However, the disadvantages still notablly higher than benefits.
