The maps illustrate how Norbiton industrial area will be improved after the reconstruction plan. Overall, new public service and transport systems are planned to be introduced, whereas all factories will be removed to create more space. Currently, farmland can be found along the river bank on the North side, while the Norbiton industrial area is located on the opposite site. There are eight manufacturing plants in total, whereas a roundabout is situated at the center of the area. In the future plan, a wide range of new facilities will be introduced throughout the area. First, all factories are planned to be removed, while a new smaller roundabout is going to be constructed on the south side of the area. In the future, there will be two more exits from the main roundabout in the center of the area. Moreover, a new shop and medical care will be introduced right next to the roundabout, whereas six new houses will be constructed on both the left and right side. The remaining one will be located on the far north side of the area. Additionally, a new bridge will be placed to approach the farm land and the house.
