As a result, this lowers recruitment and training costs, contributing to higher business efficiency.＋Notwithstanding these aforementioned arguments, there are a host of compelling reasons as to why I am convinced that spending public money on university education is equally important. Highly specialised professions require advanced theoretical knowledge that vocational training could not provide. It is essential to allocate national funds to academic studying in order to meet the demands of medical, technological, and science sectors. Moreover, much of the research behind medical breakthroughs, AI, and renewable energy technologies originates from higher education institutions. Therefore, such investment might strengthen a country's long-term development.
